Decent location and a few issues

central location appealing design old room dirty armchair

The location worked perfectly! It was very central and within walking distance of attractions and shops. The hotel's design in the lobby, corridors, room, and restaurant really appealed to me.

I found the room to be old and in very bad condition for a hotel of this supposed calibre. I had trouble closing the window because it was so old, and the armchair looked fit only for the trash. It looked old and dirty. The shower lacked hot water too!

The staff were helpful and the location was very convenient.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well. The room seemed old and in need of refurbishment , especially the bathroom . Several fixtures were falling apart.

The staff was AMAZING. They were super helpful. The design incorporated rich materials and elegant colors. This created a lovely atmosphere. The location could not be better. I appreciated how attentive the service was. It's what I expected from a five-star hotel.
